NTT DATA is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to translate business and user needs into clear requirements for a client engagement. The role emphasizes requirements definition, Agile delivery, and validation across product, UX, and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of BA experience, proficiency in English and Spanish, and hands-on experience with Jira, Miro, LeanIX, and UAT support.

Formación

• 3-5 years of BA experience in digital product, technology, or transformation environments.
• Experience with requirements elicitation/analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, Agile delivery, and UAT.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary business, product, UX, and technology teams.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Incorporate user research, feedback, pain points, and UX principles into requirements and product recommendations.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improved efficiency.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Use research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements and support prioritization.
• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, constraints, and impacts, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and validate delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Use approved AI tools responsibly to support requirements while maintaining human oversight.
• Collaborate across business, product, UX, and technology teams.
