Job summary

Outlier is seeking freelancers to help shape autonomous agent technology like OpenClaw. Work remotely as an OpenClaw Agent Builder, with pay up to $50 USD/hr and weekly payments.

You’ll collaborate with AI teams to design, test, and optimize multi-step agent workflows across live environments. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration, and can build production-grade software with modular services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Build and maintain production-grade software with modular services (distinct data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience with live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks where data acquisition leads to reasoned output.
