TELUS International AI Finland Oy is seeking an AI Data Annotation Specialist to oversee review and moderation of user-generated content, ensuring compliance with guidelines and quality standards, while supporting client satisfaction.

You will handle administrative and operational tasks, acting as the primary contact for content issues, and work remotely from Poland on a 6-month engagement with potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Review videos and judge videos/accounts according to processes, policies and guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
• Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions.
• Take actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production.
• Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge.
