Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Finland is seeking an E-Learning Instructional Designer for a six-month, fully remote contract with an Australian client.

You will transform complex information into engaging digital learning experiences, collaborating with SMEs to develop interactive content and manage LMS/SCORM environments. You will use Articulate to build materials, write instructional copy and scripts, and ensure quality, accessibility, and alignment with learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Two years of instructional design or e-learning experience or relevant qualifications.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate to create interactive content.
• Experience with LMS and SCORM for tracking and packaging courses.
• Strong visual design, storyboarding, and content development skills.
• Experience writing instructional copy and scripts.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor edits.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Preferred Moodle experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital learning materials using Articulate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create clear online experiences.
• Create storyboards, copy, and audio/video scripts aligned to objectives.
• Manage LMS content and SCORM packaging for delivery.
• Conduct usability testing and quality assurance for resources.
• Ensure compliance with standards and IP requirements.
• Produce supporting resources and handover materials for projects.
• Work with designers and stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Review and propose improvements to learning programs and delivery.
• Stay updated on design practices and learning technology trends.
