Job summary

Rex.zone is hiring for a full-time data annotation specialist to support AI training data for language models and computer vision systems. The role is fully remote, enabling work from anywhere with strong written English and the ability to follow detailed guidelines.

You will label data across text and image modalities, perform RLHF evaluation, prompt evaluation, and QA reviews, and collaborate asynchronously with project leads to ensure high-quality corpora for model training.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior experience in data annotation with measurable quality outcomes.
• Ability to apply detailed rubrics consistently and write clear QA rationales.
• Familiarity with RLHF concepts, prompt evaluation, and LLM evaluation signals.
• Strong English comprehension and professional writing.

Responsibilities

• Annotate multi-modal datasets (text, image) following detailed guidelines.
• Perform NLP and computer vision annotation tasks (NER, classification, bounding boxes) and content safety labeling.
• Conduct RLHF preference ranking, rubric-based scoring; document clear rationales.
• Run QA evaluation passes and flag ambiguous prompts for review.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and reviewers to improve consistency.
