Job summary

Databricks is seeking Delivery Solutions Architects to act as trusted technical advisors within customer environments, translating data and AI challenges into business value. You will design, implement, and scale data and AI solutions, focusing on architecture, operational excellence, and enablement, while collaborating with sales and field engineering teams.

Qualifications

5+ years delivering data, analytics or AI projects for customers.
Strong architectural design and data platform experience.
Proven ability to engage senior customer stakeholders.
Able to articulate business value from technical work.
Experience in post-sales, technical architecture or consulting.
Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Be the Databricks Architect for customer use cases, from development to go-live.
Lead post-technical win strategy and execution across strategic accounts.
Serve as the internal point of contact for production/go-live status.
Leverage resources to address tasks beyond scope and escalate when needed.
Create and execute a viewpoint to accelerate production of key use cases.
Coordinate with Product/Engineering for new features and upgrades.
Provide periodic KPI updates on usage, health, risks and adoption.
