Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics to guide agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify issues in reasoning paths.
• Stress Test Agent under varying workloads to ensure robustness.
