Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering or AI automation experience.
• Production-grade software with modular services across data parsing, logic processing and reporting.
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integrations.
