Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services (distinct data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience in live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail with ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: experience building multi-stage coordination tasks and integrating live tools.
