Outlier is seeking freelance OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape autonomous agents. Remote work with flexible hours and pay up to $50 USD per hour. Weekly payments via ACH, PayPal or AirTM.

You will collaborate with AI projects to design, coordinate, and optimize agent workflows, writing evaluation rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation and can operate in live environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration experience.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience with live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide precise technical feedback.
• Nice to have experience with Outlier platforms and AI workflows.
