You will help train and evaluate sophisticated agent systems, contributing to a variety of projects and maintaining production-grade services. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with a track record of building modular systems and handling live, multi-turn interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Build and maintain production-grade software with modular services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting.
• Experience with live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience building multi-stage coordination tasks with live tools.
