You will contribute to training AI agents by designing evaluation rubrics, debugging traces, and stress-testing agent workflows. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, and experience integrating live tools like Supabase, Gmail, and APIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex system integration experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
