Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a versatile 2D Designer to craft polished visuals for storefronts, marketing campaigns, in-app promotions, and virtual environments. You will shape thumbnails, banners, social graphics, and in-world textures while ensuring consistency with brand storytelling and responsive design across sizes and interfaces.

You will collaborate with a distributed team, iterate on feedback, and deliver high-quality assets in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D design work, ideally including marketing graphics, UI assets, storefront visuals, or digital product promotions.
• Proven experience creating graphics for multiple formats and display sizes, particularly thumbnails, icons, banners, and mobile layouts.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or comparable software.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, color, and branding for high-impact graphics.
• Experience working within an existing brand identity while developing variations for campaigns, products, or collections.

Responsibilities

• Storefront design: Create thumbnails and graphics for digital store listings that are visually appealing and legible at small sizes.
• Bundle graphics and visual identity: Design promotional graphics for product bundles with distinct themes and mobile-friendly variations.
• Marketing and promotional assets: Produce social posts, announcements, blog headers, and other marketing materials for campaigns and updates.
• Video graphics: Design title cards, overlays, and end screens consistent with branding.
• Platform-specific creative production: Prepare and export assets for distribution on Steam, Meta, and other platforms.
• In-app visual design: Create banners for events/promotions and in-app visuals that are legible on small displays.
• In-world artwork: Develop signage, posters, textures for 2D assets used within virtual worlds.
• Brand consistency and creative execution: Work within guidelines while giving assets distinctive characters.
• Multi-format adaptation: Optimize designs for mobile, storefronts, social channels, and interfaces.
• Feedback and iteration: Incorporate stakeholder feedback and adapt to changing priorities.
• Asset organization and delivery: Maintain organized files with clear naming and layered sources.
