Orion Pharma is seeking a Development Manager, Regulatory eTools to drive digital transformation of regulatory operations. The role blends Product Information Management and Regulatory Publishing, focusing on ePI and eCTD capabilities within Orion’s regulatory systems.

You will join the Product Information team in Finland, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and a global network. The position is two-year fixed-term with hybrid work from Espoo or Turku.

Formación

• Relevant academic background in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Humanities, or similar fields.
• Interest in product information management and digital regulatory solutions.
• Basic understanding of eCTD structure and regulatory publishing.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus; experience in pharma/healthcare is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Participating in the implementation and maintenance of regulatory process databases, platforms, and digital solutions.
• Contributing to development, documentation, and training of new processes.
• Creating, updating, reviewing, and coordinating pharmaceutical Product Information content across the product lifecycle with Orion's global network.
• Publishing regulatory submissions in accordance with eCTD requirements.
• Monitoring evolving regulatory requirements and communicating their impact.
• Driving problem solving, process improvement, and system development activities.
