Job summary

Esperi Care Oy’s Sastamalakoti in Sastamala, Finland, is seeking a nurse for a permanent, full-time position. The role involves versatile daily nursing tasks and independence in your areas of responsibility within a supportive team.

The salary follows the private social services sector collective agreement: base salary in salary class G24D 2811.09–3071.09 € per month (starting 1.9.2026). Shifts include 2-shift work and some weekend work.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required and eligibility to practice.
• Valid medication permits, hygiene passport and vaccination protection.
• Finnish language skills at least B1.
• Previous elderly care experience is advantageous.

Hello nurse! Come do heartfelt work at Sastamalakoti! Are you looking for a job where you can do meaningful work with elderly people and develop your skills in elderly care? We are now looking for a nurse for a permanent employment relationship at Esperi Nursing Home Sastamalakoti.

Welcome to work at Esperi Service Centre Sastamalakoti. Service Centre Sastamalakoti offers safe and individual housing for elderly people at different stages of life. Our services include 24-hour service housing, community living, senior housing, temporary housing and home care. Sastamalakoti has a total of 95 resident places, of which 50 are in 24-hour service housing and 45 in community and senior housing. The service center became part of Esperi in April 2026.

At the heart of our work are encounters and the resident's good everyday life. Our work community consists of competent and heartfelt professionals who support each other and work together. You will not be left alone, but will have experienced colleagues and comprehensive orientation to support you.

What does the work of a nurse involve?

As a nurse, you are an important part of our residents' everyday life. Your job description is versatile and is also formed according to your own strengths and professional interests. You act as an expert in your team and develop nursing care taking into account the needs of the residents. You participate in daily nursing work, are independently responsible for your nursing areas of responsibility and work closely with the rest of the team. You also act as support for your colleagues in questions related to the care of residents. With us, you can influence your own job description and utilize your expertise versatilely.

Employment details

We are looking for a nurse for a permanent, full-time employment relationship. The work is mainly 2-shift work and may also include weekend shifts. We can agree on the starting date with you!

Salary

In remuneration, we follow the collective agreement of the private social services sector. The base salary for a nurse, depending on experience additions, is according to salary class G24D 2811.09-3071.09 € (starting 1.9.2026).

What do we hope for from you?

• nursing degree
• valid medication permits, hygiene passport and vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act
• at least functional basic language skills in Finnish (B1 level)
• we consider previous work experience with elderly people an advantage
• we also ask to see a criminal record extract in accordance with the Criminal Records Act
