Job summary

Alibaba Cloud Helsinki seeks a senior Infrastructure Facilities Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of the colocation management standard across eight dimensions, coordinating with local teams and external partners. The role encompasses project planning, milestone tracking, and acceptance criteria to close gaps as deliverables.

You will manage EMS data-integration, validate electrical/HVAC/ELV systems, and drive continuous improvement through dashboards and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of infrastructure facilities experience, with colocation/vendor governance.
• Strong project-management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end rollout of the colocation management standard across facilities.
• Oversee EMS data-integration and telemetry into monitoring platform.
• Negotiate scope, SLAs, and remediation items with providers and vendors; coordinate internal teams.
• Validate electrical, HVAC, and ELV control logic; ensure production readiness.
• Build dashboards and scorecards for compliance and EMS health; report to HQ.
