Our growth has been fast. We currently have over 45 experienced software professionals on our team, and we plan to recruit significantly more this year. We are expanding our team of top talent and invite you, an experienced Developer, to join Pareto!

What will you do?

In this role:

• You will typically work on our clients’ product development, most likely as a developer, but occasionally as an architect or technical mentor when needed. We provide full project deliveries and work as part of our clients' teams.
• You will work on diverse projects across various industries, such as technology, manufacturing, defense, process industry, food production, public sector etc. The common factor is the need for Pareto’s strong expertise in software development.
• You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence client projects, technological solutions, and best practices.

We expect from you

• Strong technical expertise – You have a comprehensive understanding of Qt programming.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development and a minimum of 3 years working with Qt.
• Ability to work with clients – You can communicate technical solutions from a business perspective and understand client needs for hardware and software solutions.
• Passion for high‑quality code – Maintainability, testability, and best practices for embedded systems, such as unit testing, continuous integration (CI), and version control (Git), are part of your daily routine.
• This position requires hybrid partial presence in Tampere, Finnish citizenship, and fluency in Finnish.
