Job summary

Orion Pharma in Espoo is seeking a Technical Associate, QC Technical Operations, to oversee laboratory equipment and IT systems within the QC unit. The role collaborates with QA, suppliers, and service providers to ensure safe, efficient operations and timely results.

The fixed-term position runs until 31 March 2027, based in Espoo, with a start date as soon as possible. Ideal candidates hold a chemistry qualification and hands-on lab experience.

Qualifications

• GMP documentation experience and deviation reports handling.
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation and QA collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory equipment and facility-related activities with laboratories and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain GMP documentation, including SOPs and deviation reports.
• Support laboratory equipment maintenance and related operational activities.
• Participate in laboratory and departmental development projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, equipment suppliers, and external service providers.
