Job summary

Enersense International Oyj, through Enersense Engineering, is seeking a Project Planner to join our Helsinki team on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, coordinate with project teams and clients, and drive on‑time delivery of complex projects.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in Engineering or related field, hands‑on experience with Primavera P6, and strong communication skills. Relocation support is available for international candidates.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Solid understanding of project scheduling and planning principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve detailed project schedules and planning processes.
• Prepare schedule plans to support bids, tenders and proposals.
• Monitor project progress and produce analytical progress reports.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure planning quality throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate and update schedules across pre-construction, construction and commissioning phases.
