Job summary

Neste, a world-leading producer of renewable fuels, seeks a Program Manager to lead the lignocellulose-to-fuels technology program in Espoo, Finland. You will drive R&D and engineering workstreams from piloting to commercialization, coordinating with external partners and internal leadership.

You will join the Technology & Innovation group, reporting to the Lignocellulose Leadership Team, and shape a strategic roadmap while delivering on schedule, budget and quality through a highly structured

Qualifications

• Must have an advanced degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• Extensive R&D and process engineering experience in process industries.
• Proven track record leading large, multi-workstream technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution across R&D and engineering workstreams.
• Develop technology development roadmap with senior leadership.
• Plan projects, manage stage-gate reviews and resources.
• Oversee external partners, licensors, and vendors.
• Monitor budgets and schedules, report to steering committee.
