Job summary

Sievo is seeking a Procurement Data Content Manager to join the marketing team in Helsinki. This full-time, global role reports to the Sr. Head of Product Marketing and sits at the intersection of data and storytelling.

You will turn procurement benchmarks into narratives and assets for GTM teams, shaping market stories that support pipeline generation and brand authority. Based in Helsinki with a flexible hybrid setup, you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to

Qualifications

• Procurement-domain understanding gained from direct experience, procurement consulting, or deep familiarity with procurement processes.
• Proven data storytelling skills: build narratives, visuals, and write for non-technical audiences.
• Outstanding analytical skills to identify trends and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Understanding how sales and marketing use data and translate analysis into messaging and enablement assets.
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and facilitating enablement sessions.
• Self-starter with strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to leverage AI to improve quality and speed of output.

Responsibilities

• Build Sievo’s recurring and ad-hoc benchmark reports from aggregated data and define production processes.
• Identify valuable data slices and collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales.
• Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of benchmark outputs from raw data to final reports.
• Translate data into clear narratives, visuals, and talking points for non-technical audiences.
• Develop and maintain data-driven narratives and visuals for marketing, sales, and customer content.
