Stera Technologies Oy hakee taitavaa painelevyn opettajaa Forssassa sijaitsevaan tuotantoon. Rooliin kuuluu painelevyn käyttö, koneen asettaminen ja ohjelmointi piirustusten mukaan sekä laadunvarmistus joustavassa tuotantotiimissä.

Kandidaatin tai ammattikoulutuksen kartoitus on eduksi; työskentely kaksi- tai kolmittaisissa vuoroissa. Tarjolla on vakituinen, kokoaikainen työ ja perehdytys Mehiläisen työterveyshuollon kautta. Lisäksi perehdytys ja tuki HR-konsultin kanssa ovat osa asemaa.

Qualifications

• Aikaisempi kokemus puristuslevyn ohjauksesta.
• Kokemus ohjelmoinnista ja konfiguroinnista koneeseen
• Kyky lukea teknisiä piirustuksia ja käsitellä metallimateriaaleja

Responsabilités

• Koneen paineistimen (press brake) operointi ja käyttövalmiuden varmistaminen.
• Koneen asetus ja ohjelmointi piirustusten mukaan.
• Laatutason kontrollointi ja valmistettujen osien laadun varmistaminen.
• Työn tekeminen tarkasti ja turvallisesti osana tuotantotiimiä.

Description du poste

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Press Brake Operator to join our client Stera Technologies Oy in Tammela. In this role, you will work with the manufacturing of metal components as part of a skilled production team.

As a Press Brake Operator, your responsibilities will include operating a press brake, setting up the machine, and programming it according to technical drawings. The thickness of the materials varies from approximately 4 to 12 mm, with around 8 mm being the most common material thickness. The role requires precision, a careful approach to work, and the ability to ensure the quality of the manufactured components.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• previous work experience in press brake operation
• experience in programming and setting up press brake machines
• the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• an understanding of metal materials and experience in precision work
• good physical fitness and readiness for production work
• Finnish or English language skills
• readiness to work in two shifts and, when required, in three shifts

Relevant vocational education, such as a qualification in mechanical engineering and production technology, is considered an advantage. However, you may also have gained the required skills through several years of practical work experience.
