Job summary

Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport is seeking a bartender / a la carte waiter to deliver premium guest service on the 12th floor Brasserie NÒR, with occasional shifts in the Living Room Bar. This fixed-term, part-time role involves mixology, guest engagement, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of bar experience and 2–5 years of waiting experience in an a la carte restaurant, holds a valid Finland work permit, and thrives when multi-tasking

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of bar experience.
• 2–5 years of experience as a waiter in an a la carte restaurant.
• Holding a valid working permit in Finland.

Responsibilities

• Mixing & serving cocktails and beverages to standard recipes.
• Engage guests professionally, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as requested.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, compliant bar area and equipment.
