Job summary

Veho Oy Ab is seeking a Platform Development Expert to join our Business IT organization. The role focuses on NetSuite-driven platform development, automation, and integrations within a SaaS environment.

As a senior developer, you will collaborate with Solution Architects, Platform Managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and best practices. Hybrid work is available at Veho Headquarters in Vantaa.

We are now looking for a Platform Development Expert to join our growing Business IT organization and play a key role in developing and enhancing our business-critical platforms, with a particular focus on NetSuite.

About the Role

This is a senior-level, hands-on development role for a professional with strong NetSuite expertise and experience in automation, integrations, and business platform development within modern SaaS environments. You will contribute not only to solution delivery but also to building new internal development capabilities and best practices.

Working closely with Solution Architects, Platform Managers, and business stakeholders, you will transform business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved technical solutions and enhancements.
• Configure and customize NetSuite and other Business IT platforms.
• Develop integrations and automation capabilities.
• Deliver reliable and business-driven system improvements.
• Ensure solution quality, maintainability, and operational reliability.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Contribute technical insight to solution design activities.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical implementations.
• Share knowledge and support the development of common practices across the team.
• Support implementations and hypercare activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure smooth handovers to support and operations teams.

• Experience configuring and enhancing enterprise systems.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows between systems.
• Experience with scripting, low-code development, or automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to document solutions, changes, and deployment activities.
• Understanding of software quality, maintainability, release management, and CI/CD principles.
• Fluent Finnish language skills and professional English communication skills.
