A leading international consultancy is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join their team on a flagship hyperscale data centre project based in Finland. This is a key appointment offering the chance to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a high‑profile data centre programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project planning function for a major hyperscale data centre development.
  • Work closely with the end client, main contractors, and internal project teams to ensure robust planning and scheduling across all project stages.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimise detailed construction schedules in alignment with project objectives.
  • Analyse progress, identify potential risks or delays, and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare high‑quality reports, dashboards, and programme updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and project controls systems.
Experience & Requirements
  • Extensive data centre experience—ideally hyperscale or large‑scale mission‑critical environments.
  • Strong background in main contracting, with a track record of delivering complex construction projects.
  • Proficiency in industry‑standard planning software (e.g., Primavera P6).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, international project environment.
