Hello! Are you interested in working as a personal assistant in different length substitutions? Pay is based on hours worked. I am a 48-year-old man living in my own detached house with mobility impairment. The work runs in a three-shift pattern in a personal assistant network. Reliability, initiative and, above all, commitment to the work are valued. Previous experience as a personal assistant or similar work is considered good but not required. Training is provided for the job. The employer is mobility-impaired and needs help with everyday activities and hobbies (mainly at music events). The employer is a member of the HETA union, so the terms of employment follow the HETA collective agreement. Selection can be made during the application period as soon as a suitable person is found. Please note that the employer is the person in need of assistance, i.e., a private individual. The South Ostrobothnia Personal Assistance Center provides guidance on employment matters and employer obligations and does not act as the employer.
