Job summary

Taaleri Real Estate in Helsinki seeks a part-time Trainee in Asset Management to gain hands-on experience in leasing, technical and financial management of our residential and commercial property portfolio. The position is based in our Helsinki office and offers flexible hours (approximately 15–20 hours per week).

You will work closely with the Real Estate team on marketing materials, occupancy monitoring, budgeting, forecasts and monthly reporting, developing your analytical skills with Excel,

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Able to work independently.
• Preferably a 2nd-year university student in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Update and review residential and commercial property marketing materials.
• Monitor occupancy rates and leasing performance across the portfolio.
• Review rental listings and market data to identify trends.
• Support collection and analysis of operational and technical property data.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting.
• Follow up on leasing activities, vacant premises, and broker marketing.
• Prepare lease-related documentation.
• Coordinate with property managers and service providers on operations.
• Create analyses and presentations to support portfolio management.
