Air Apps, a family-founded company, is building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP). As an Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, track initiatives, and keep multiple workstreams moving.

This onsite role requires Jira expertise, strong attention to detail, and clear communication to report to the CEO. The Lisbon-based role offers relocation support and opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in operations, coordination, or admin support.
• Expert-level Jira skills including dashboards and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks.
• Support project execution with Jira task tracking.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates.
• Organize documentation, dashboards, and workflows.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
