Job Description

We are frequently seeking experienced concrete element workers for our client company in Valkeakoski. The position is located at a concrete element factory where various concrete elements are manufactured and finished for construction projects.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for producing various concrete elements, such as walls, partition walls, facades, beams, and slabs, and ensuring their production process. Your tasks will include building and cleaning molds, installing reinforcements, pouring concrete into molds, ensuring proper curing, and removing elements from molds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the concrete industry, especially in the production of facade elements
• Desire to commit to a long‑term employment relationship
• Proactive attitude and motivation
• Good physical condition and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Finnish and/or English
