Job description

We are looking for a skilled MIG welder for a permanent full-time position in Forssa, Finland. The job involves assembly and structural welding with MIG; black construction steel is the primary material, but other steels and variations may appear. The work is in a single shift from Monday to Friday, with a possibility of a shift rotation. Requirements include previous welding experience especially with MIG or MAG, a valid Occupational Safety and Fire Duty Card, fluency in Finnish or English, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset. Experience with different materials is an advantage, but clean welds are most important. Welding qualifications or readiness to obtain them is beneficial. We value initiative, eagerness, and a strong work ethic.

Salary will be fair and based on agreement and experience.
