Job summary

Wellpack is seeking a MIG/MAG Welder for a long-term position in the Salo region, Finland. The role covers welding large metal components 5–25 mm thick in a modern production environment, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, in a two-shift system.

We offer a stable position with competitive pay of 14–18 € per hour based on experience, and accommodation assistance if needed. A welding test will be conducted at the client's premises as part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in MIG/MAG welding.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts.
• English and/or Finnish language skills.
• A valid work permit for Finland.
• Ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• MIG/MAG weld large metal components with thickness 5–25 mm.
• Maintain quality in a two-shift system, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Work with high-quality tools in a clean production environment.
• Complete welding test at the client's premises during recruitment.
