Job summary

Metsä Group is seeking a skilled Manager, Group Accounting and Reporting to join the Group Services finance team in Espoo. You will lead monthly reporting, prepare Annual Financial Statements and Interim Reports, coordinate planning, and drive reporting improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting, finance or economics.
• At least five years of experience in group reporting/financial accounting or controlling.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and listed-company reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with consolidation tools such as Oracle HFM.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
• Fluent Finnish and English; MS 365 skills; AI tools interest.

You will play a central role in Group reporting, from monthly management reporting to the Annual Financial Statements and Interim Reports, and help develop our reporting processes and tools. Beyond reporting, you will provide analyses that support management decision-making. This is a senior expert role with no direct reports.
