Job summary

Evli Corporate Finance is seeking analytical and motivated student interns to join our Helsinki office for 3–5 months in spring or fall 2027, with flexible start and end dates. You will be integrated into the Corporate Finance team and work on demanding M&A and ECM projects from day one.

Responsibilities include company and market analysis, valuation, financial modelling, and the preparation of presentation materials.

Qualifications

• 2nd–5th year university student in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Goal-oriented, analytical mindset and high work ethic.
• Team player with good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Involved in demanding M&A and ECM projects with high level of responsibility from day one.
• Tasks include company and market analysis, valuation, financial modelling and preparing presentation materials.
