The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Platform solutions and experience in customer projects. Our growing Low Code team is looking for a Lead Expert!

You will work on diverse projects with our experienced software developers; in the team, you can also collaborate with software architects, cloud experts, designers, and project managers. We offer genuinely meaningful projects: clients include Fimea, Kempower, Aimo Park, Verohallinto and TE‑Digi.
As a Lead Expert, you will act as a senior specialist, contribute to sales activities, and lead your team by example. You support sales by helping to create proposals and sales materials, and by facilitating workshops for clients. You are curious about new trends and eager to share your expertise with both your team and customers.
We expect you to be a skilled Power Platform professional with consulting experience in Low Code solutions within customer projects, a self‑directed working style, and a proactive attitude toward client work. You should have several years of hands‑on experience with the Power Platform environment.

We have comprehensive benefits. Gofore has its own collective agreement reflecting our employees. Salary will reflect your experience and skills, with typical ranges from €5,000‑6,500 per month + €1,000 Flex bonus based on company growth, with further opportunities for performance‑based incentives.
