KONE leads the way in People Flow technology and is seeking a Lead Engineer, Control System (Electrification) to drive electrical design and global configurability across Hyvinkää, Finland or Cadrezzate, Italy. You will own design activities, coordinate international teams and integrate AI into standard processes.

The role focuses on developing configurable models, maintaining product structures in PDM, and ensuring interfaces with digital factories and testing tools within a global context.

Competenze

• MSc or BSc degree in a relevant technical field, preferably electrical engineering.
• At least 3–5 years of electrical engineering experience with configurable circuit diagrams using ECAD tools.
• Disciplined working methods; able to work in an international design team.
• Experience in developing and maintaining global configurable product structures in PDM with VariClient.
• Experience in maintaining interfaces between a Configurable Model and Digital factories, Global testers, ECAD, Ordering tool.
• Experience in Lean & Agile working methods is a plus.
• Willingness to travel is an asset.

Mansioni

• Develop electrical system design solutions, take ownership of the design, and guide design activities.
• Develop and maintain a global configurable product structure in PDM VariClient Tool.
• Maintain interfaces between a Configurable Model and Digital factories, Global testers, Circuit diagrams, Ordering Tool.
• Adopt AI solutions into existing design practices and standardize them across the team.
