Job summary

Vantaan kaupunki is seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher for Maitorpan Daycare in Vantaa, Finland, to join on a permanent basis from 1 September 2026 or by agreement. The daycare serves four groups and uses ProVaka to guide behavior with positive feedback, fostering inclusive practices and social skills.

The role offers mentoring, strong collaboration with a development expert, and support from two broad-competence special education teachers.

Qualifications

• Interest in working positively with a group-based early education (ProVaka)
