Job summary

Nebius B.V. in Lappeenranta, Finland seeks a Data Center Chief Power Engineer to lead operation, reliability and optimization of all electrical power infrastructure in a hyperscale data center environment.

The role oversees HV/LV systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, and protection schemes to ensure uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance across Nordic and EU standards. You will drive maintenance programs, incident investigations, and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of data center facilities engineering and mission-critical operations.
• Experience with Tier III or Tier IV environments preferred.
• Experience managing medium- and high-voltage systems (10kV–36kV).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of power infrastructure.
• Lead outage planning and emergency response activities.
• Review, approve, and maintain electrical SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
• Coordinate with local utility providers and contractors.
• Lead and mentor power engineers, technicians, and operators.
