Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Solutions Architect on behalf of a leading global Big 4 firm. The role focuses on end-to-end ERP implementations, presales involvement, and client-facing delivery across finance and supply chain processes.

The candidate will lead a team of consultants, engage with clients, and drive design decisions while mentoring junior members and coordinating with onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience in leading a team of minimum 10 members.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Experience of large-scale ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions following best practices.
• Own the solution for the Finance and/or SCM work stream and review documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants with varying levels of expertise.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and clients to gather requirements and finalize deliverables.
• Provide on-site support and assist in go-live and post-implementation activities.
• Assist in RFP/RFQ responses and business development activities.
