In this role, you will work as part of a quality-oriented team dedicated to public procurement. In your work, you will help and advise procurement units in choosing the most suitable procurement procedure for them and in implementing the tender. Hankintakumppanit has profiled itself in the strategic guidance of procurements, the implementation of negotiated procedures and the dialogue as part of a successful tender as well as the management of the contract period. In your daily work, you will act as a project manager in close cooperation with the customer: you guide them to succeed in procurements, prepare documents and negotiate alongside the customer aiming for the tender to be successfully completed together and the contract period to flow. In addition, you regularly train in questions related to procurement procedures and contract law.
Hankintakumppanit advises its customers extensively in various procurements. Recently, the work has focused especially on infrastructure procurements, and the importance of security-critical procurements has become even more emphasized. However, the targets of procurement vary from construction projects to the cultural sector and from equipment procurements to system tenders. If you have a special interest in some aspect of procurement that is not currently in a central role at Hankintakumppanit, your own ideas and views are very welcome.
