A leading construction firm in Finland is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. The role includes handling purchase invoices, conducting user training for new systems, and participating in process improvement projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the accounts payable process, fluency in Finnish, and proficiency in English. This position operates in a hybrid work model, requiring part-time presence at the headquarters.
We are looking for a specialist to join our Accounts Payable team. Our team is responsible for the YIT group's purchase invoice, travel and expense claims handling. Your task as an AP specialist is to take care of various accounts payable tasks, such as purchase invoice handling and supplier maintenance and other team's tasks. In addition to specialist tasks, you will act as one of the team's global key users.

An important part of your job is also handling purchase invoices related to the accounts payable process.
You will succeed in this role if you have good interaction and collaboration skills, as well as an organized approach to work. You have previous experience in accounts payable process with excellent process and business understanding. You need to have development mindset with willingness and passion to influence and improve current processes and ways of working.
We expect you to have an education suitable for the role, with a focus on financial management. It is essential to have fluent Finnish and proficiency in English to be successful in this role. We operate in a hybrid work model, which requires that part of the week employees must be able to work at our headquarters in Käpylä.
