We are searching for an experienced Key Account Manager for Heavy Industries to join our team in Finland, based in either Espoo, Tampere, or Vaasa.

What you’ll do
  • Drive the green transition in Finland by advancing electrification and digitisation in heavy industries
  • Lead growth in sectors such as Energy & Chemicals, Mining and Metals & Minerals, focusing on projects such as hydrogen, bio & e‑fuels and carbon capture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including C‑level executives
  • Manage the full sales cycle: identify opportunities, negotiate, close deals and oversee agreements
  • Promote and deliver innovative solutions for process electrification, automation, SF6‑free technologies and turnkey projects
  • Prepare and negotiate tenders with support from technical experts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create sustainable, tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  • Provide market insights, influence project specifications early and use data to continuously improve offerings
Essential for the Role
  • Solid expertise in project sales and contract negotiations
  • Experience in solution selling within the energy management industry
  • Engineering or commercial degree combined with professional experience in solution sales
  • Strong negotiation skills, including experience engaging with C‑level executives
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship‑building abilities to foster long‑term partnerships
  • Customer‑focused and results‑driven, with a passion for achieving success
  • Proactive, outgoing, structured and analytical mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex solutions clearly and confidently
  • Fluency in Finnish and English at a negotiation level
