Job description

Plugit Finland Oy is an innovative pioneer in electric mobility and a high-technology company specializing in charging solutions for electric vehicles and the services that support them. We build and operate a nationwide public charging network under the Plugit Lataus and Plugit PRO DC brands, and we provide companies with comprehensive private charging solutions within the same ecosystem.

This makes us a unique end-to-end service provider in the market, seamlessly connecting private depot and property charging solutions with our public charging network. Our platform solutions enable customers to proactively plan their energy use and charging-related costs, a key capability for organizations transitioning toward zero-emission transport.

We accelerate the green transition in a concrete way by building charging infrastructure that enables the replacement of combustion-engine fleets with fully electric vehicles. We help our customers reduce emissions, lower energy costs, and optimize their operations through data-driven insights. Every charging site we deliver and every system we commission brings companies closer to their climate targets and speeds up the electrification of transport overall.

We deliver all solutions on a turnkey basis and take full responsibility for their performance throughout the entire lifecycle. Our offering ranges from single charging points to large-scale charging yards, network operations, and charging delivered as a service across three main customer segments:

  • Fleet customers (logistics, heavy‑duty transport, industry, service fleets)
  • Property owners (commercial properties, housing companies, industrial facilities)
  • Company car fleets (leasing partners, business vehicles, employee charging)

We have invested heavily in software development and backend systems to provide our customers with a reliable, scalable, and intelligent charging platform that supports efficient operations and the green transition.

Plugit is a growth company, and we are looking for new professionals to join our teams – people who share our ambition to build a cleaner, smarter future for electric mobility and who are ready to make it happen.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Now we are seeking an experienced solution sales professional for the position of Key Account Manager, with a strong track record in new business acquisition and long‑term customer development. You understand how value is created for the customer, how service‑driven solutions are structured, and how to guide the customer toward the best possible business outcome.

We are building a next‑generation zero‑emission charging ecosystem where service is at the core, and all solutions are designed for long‑term reliability and scalability.

Our service offering includes system sales, project deliveries, software products, lifecycle services, and comprehensive financing and care models. In addition, your sales work is strongly supported by Plugit's growing public charging network, which strengthens the overall value proposition offered to customers.

For customers whose business is based on vehicles – whether for providing services or transporting goods – we offer a mission‑critical end‑to‑end charging service and highly efficient cost management throughout the entire charging chain.

Your closest colleagues and technical support network are located in Tampere, Helsinki, Turku, and Jyväskylä. We support customers nationwide across Finland.

Key Responsibilities

You are responsible for acquiring new high‑potential fleet customers and growing your own customer portfolio

  • You build a long‑term, profitable customer portfolio from newly acquired accounts

  • You lead and expand your initial portfolio with a clear, goal‑oriented growth mindset

You develop customer relationships from the first contact into long‑term partnerships

  • You ensure early‑phase customer success, onboarding, and identification of expansion opportunities
  • You promote the adoption of End‑to‑End and lifecycle services across the customer's operations

You lead the commercial execution and ensure that every customer creates long‑term value

  • You secure profitability, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth for each customer
  • You coordinate the key virtual teams (Project Delivery, Service, PMO, Solutions, Finance) to ensure successful execution
What Plugit Expects from You
  • Strong track record in B2B sales, especially in new business acquisition and demanding sales processes (hunter profile)
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to win the first customer engagements in competitive and technically complex environments
  • Over five years of experience in solution sales combining services, technical systems, software components, and infrastructure deliveries
  • Experience in service sales – ideally in charging infrastructure, energy, or network solutions (considered a strong advantage)
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel sales projects and handle complex customer environments
  • A "can‑do" mindset and strong execution capability
  • Proficiency in CRM usage and disciplined pipeline management
  • Excellent Finnish and English language skills (Swedish is an advantage)
  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's level degree
