Job summary

Quantum Services in Flint, MI is seeking an Inventory Auditor to perform in-store audits at gas stations and convenience stores, using a 10-key counting device. You’ll move across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers and freezers, identifying variances and reporting results daily.

This full-time, early‑shift role includes daily carpooling with a team and travel within a 3-hour radius. No experience is required as training starts Day 1, with weekends off and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to pass background and MVR screening.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 lbs, working in cold environments (coolers/freezers).
• Must be an early riser and able to travel with the team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts inside gas stations and convenience stores using a 10-key counting device.
• Work across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and submit accurate daily audit reports to store managers.
• Carpool daily with your team to dynamic job sites across the region.

Location: Flint, MI (48601)

Pay: $19.00 / hour (Paid bi-weekly) | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Weekends Off (Occasional travel)

Travel: Daily travel up to a 3-hour radius from Flint (Paid travel time included in 36–42 hr work week)

Schedule & Travel Details

• Kickoff Time: Official store audit kickoff is typically 7:00 AM (departures can be as early as 3:00 AM – 4:00 AM depending on distance to the first store location).

• Weekly Hours: Total work time (in-store auditing + paid travel) averages 36–42 hours per week.

• Daily Travel: Travel to 1–3 store locations daily within a 3-hour radius of Flint/Saginaw.
