Qualifications
- Solid technical background in control systems, programming, instrumentation, or digital manufacturing technologies.
- 2–5+ years of automation or embedded programming experience in industrial environments.
- Fluent in English and Finnish, written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation system architectures.
- Modularize, parameterize, and modernize existing control software.
- Present improvements to cross-functional teams.
- Program and configure PLC and DCS systems.
- Lead system integration and commissioning incl. FAT and SAT.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Develop unit, integration, and functional test programs.
- Support sales and service teams.
