Moomoo Canada is seeking an energetic Investment Representative to join our flagship stores in Markham or Toronto. You will own client acquisition, build your book through proactive outreach, and be the face of Moomoo in the community.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer-facing financial advisory, retail investment, or brokerage services.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, brokerage platforms, and investment products.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek and acquire new clients through events, partnerships, walk-in traffic, and community outreach — a true hunter mindset.
• Deliver legendary, customer-centric service at every interaction to maximize retention and referrals.
• Onboard new clients: account opening, platform setup, and guided app walkthroughs.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual client acquisition KPIs and sales targets.
• Identify opportunities within your portfolio and network to cross-refer investment products.
• Coordinate and lead in-store events, workshops, roadshows, and brand partnership activations.
• Maintain full compliance with IIROC/CIRO regulations, MFC policies, and provincial/federal requirements.
