Job summary

Turvatiimi Oy is seeking energetic salespeople on a permanent contract to join our growth-minded team in Finland. You will help protect homes by selling home security services and meeting customers at in-home appointments scheduled after initial contact.

Training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement are provided. You will work 13–21 hours on weekdays, with flexible full-time or part-time options, and a strong focus on relationship-building, negotiation, and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with excellent Finnish language skills and a clean criminal record.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door outreach in residential areas under supervisor guidance.
• Conduct in-home meetings to present security services and gather customer needs.
• Collaborate with team to set daily goals and share learnings and successes.
