Job description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled HVAC installer for a full-time permanent position. Your duties will include HVAC installation and maintenance work related to repairs, upkeep, and basic renovations in residential and commercial properties of various ages. You will work independently and schedule your own days with customers by agreement. You will contribute to the safety, comfort, and value of customer properties. You will have access to modern tools and systems and an opportunity to influence the planning of your own work and participate in the development of our growing operations. We expect you to have vocational training in the field, along with solid experience in HVAC work, problem-solving ability and a wide range of manual skills. Since you mostly schedule your own days, good organizational skills and customer service are required for success. A valid fire and safety certificate is an asset, as are refrigerant licenses and electrical competence. A driving licence (Class B) is essential since work travels by company car. Proficiency in Finnish is required. Weekday shifts typically run Monday to Friday, starting around 7–8 am. The position is full-time with a 37.5 hour work week. You will be part of a professional facilities services team that values smooth collaboration, practical work and a good working atmosphere. The job description is independent, but you can rely on a capable team for help and support when needed. We follow the facilities service collective agreement.
