FedEx is seeking an HR Services Specialist to join the HR team in Finland. You will develop and maintain knowledge of local regulations and company practices, and support managers with recruitment, policy implementation, and dispute mediation.

You will help ensure effective HR processes and contribute to change initiatives, working with stakeholders across the organization. FedEx offers learning resources and development opportunities in a diverse, global environment.

Qualifications

• HR degree or local qualification is required.
• Broad knowledge and experience in employee and labour relations.
• Solid experience in HR processes within large, fast-paced organizations.
• Exceptional influencing skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good judgement and decision-making abilities; strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining HR knowledge in local regulations and company principles, processes, tools and best practices.
• Supporting managers in talent recruitment and selection.
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Acting as mediator and advisor in individual and collective employer disputes.
• Identifying issues or opportunities and proposing HR management recommendations.
• Participating in HR systems development to support information management and decision making.
• Supporting HR and business initiatives driving change and transformation.
