Job summary

Balder Luxury Lodge Oy, located in Levi (Lapland, Finland), seeks a Housekeeper for the winter season 2026–2027. You will clean and prepare guest rooms to premium standards and help maintain the hotel's exclusive ambiance.

We offer accommodation, a professional international team, and a unique winter opportunity in Finnish Lapland. Employment is full-time from 5 September 2026 to 30 March 2027, with a possible 2-month extension and a monthly gross salary of €1,800.

Qualifications

Housekeeper (Winter Season 2026–2027)

Balder Luxury Lodge – Levi (Lapland, Finland)

Our luxury boutique hotel combines the breathtaking beauty of Finnish Lapland with exceptional hospitality and premium accommodation.

We are looking for housekeepers to join our team for the winter season 2026–2027.

Main responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms for arrivals in accordance with hotel standards.
• Changing bed linen and towels and replenishing guest amenities.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
• Reporting any technical faults and damaged equipment to management.
• Following hygiene, occupational health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a housekeeper / in hotel housekeeping.
• Basic English skills for communication with guests and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Commitment to a high level of guest service and a positive attitude.
• Responsibility, reliability and good organisational skills.
• Good physical stamina.
