Job summary

Mercor is seeking senior healthcare operations writers to design and evaluate AI training tasks for medical back-office workflows. You will craft realistic scenarios in coding, prior authorization, revenue cycle, and payer interactions, and build the records that accompany them.

You will author and judge healthcare-operations tasks used to train AI agents, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and practical relevance across clinics, hospitals, and health plans. 15+ hrs/week commitment required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on healthcare administrative work in a back-office role.
• Direct experience with payer portals, EHR/practice-management platforms, encoders and CAC tools, or clearinghouses.
• Commitment of 15+ hours per week.

Responsibilities
